The event is ages 21+.  Only valid government-issued photo ID is accepted as proof of age.
Please note that IDNYC is not an acceptable form of ID.  No one under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter the event.

No re-entry permitted.

All guests and their belongings are subject to search upon entry into the event.
NO bag check is available on site.  Pinknic is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

All bags must measure 14” x 14” or less.  No backpacks are allowed.  Fast Lanes will be available for guests entering with NO BAGS.

Pinknic is a weather permitting event.  Your safety is our priority.  Should the weather forecast be unfavorable, please check our website to get the up-to-date information on the status of the event.

We invite you to dress summer chic in pink and/or white.
For those who have purchased VIP Pool Lounge or Les Cabines & Pool Lounge tickets, we encourage you to bring your bathing suit and enjoy the sights and sounds of Pinknic with your feet in the water!

We are a cash-free event!  Acceptable methods of payment include debit, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Outside food and drinks of any kind are not permitted at the festival. Please note that your bag will be searched at entry and any food and beverage items will be confiscated.

You may bring an empty water bottle.There will be a water refill station.

All Pinknic sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.

Wristbands

Upon completion of your ticket purchase, you will receive an order confirmation number and receipt via e-mail from FrontGate. All ticket purchasers will receive a festival wristband – no printed tickets will be issued for this event.Your wristband is your ticket into the festival. If you have misplaced your wristband and need it resent to you, contact FrontGate immediately by clicking here. There is a $25 fee for a replacement wristband.

Wristbands are non-removable and non-transferable and must not be tampered with in any way. If you purchased a 2-day ticket, your wristband grants you admission for both days.

You must wear your wristband at all time sat the festival. Do not cut off or remove your wristband until you leave the festival for the final time.

Lost, stolen, damaged, and tampered with wristbands will only be replaced at the discretion of festival staff. The wristband replacement fee is $25.

Wristband Shipping

Wristbands will be shipped to attendees within the continental U.S. beginning in late May. Please allow for a few weeks for arrival. All international, Hawaii, and Alaska orders will be held at Will Call.

Your wristband is your ticket to the festival. Once you receive your wristband, do not try it on. The clasp slides one way and there is no way to remove it or loosen it without damaging the wristband.

Ticket resale

Your purchase of Pinknic tickets is subject to our terms and conditions, which contain, among other things, a strict prohibition on ticket resale. Pinknic does NOT work with any resellers or secondary market websites in any capacity. If you obtain your tickets from an unauthorized source, you fully assume risks associated with such tickets, including that such tickets may have been reported lost or stolen, may be counterfeit, and in all cases, such tickets shall be voidable and dishonored by Pinknic Festival LLC.  Attempted resale of any ticket at a price greater than the face value is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these terms and conditions.

Your ticket is not redeemable for cash.

Please note that no tickets will be available for purchase at the event.

MTA BUS

The M35 bus runs to the Island from the Northwest corner of 125th Street and Lexington Avenue. Transfer is available from the Lexington Avenue 4, 5 or 6 subway at 125th Street.

From Manhattan:

103rd Street Footbridge

The 103rd Street Footbridge in Manhattan is open to pedestrians and cyclists 365 days per year, 24 hours per day, and connects the East River Esplanade/FDR Drive at 103rd Street with the southern end of Randall’s Island Park.

RFK Triborough Bridge

A walkway along the RFK Triborough Bridge runs between 125th Street and 2nd Avenue and the northwestern section of Randall’s Island Park. Note: the ramp on this walkway exceeds ADA code.

From the Bronx:

The Randall’s Island Connector

The Randall’s Island Connector provides at-grade access to pedestrians and cyclists 365 days per year, 24 hours a day, and runs under the arches of the Hell Gate Bridge railroad trestle between 132nd Street at Willow/Walnut Avenues in the Bronx and the northern shore of Randall’s Island Park.

RFK Triborough Bridge

Walkways on both the eastern and western sides of the RFK Triborough Bridge run between 133rd Street at Cypress Avenue/Bruckner Boulevard and the Bronx Shore Fields area at Randall’s Island Park. Note: these walkways exceed ADA code.

From Queens:

RFK Triborough Bridge

A walkway runs along the RFK Triborough Bridge between Hoyt Avenue and 28th Street, adjacent to the Astoria Boulevard N/W subway station, and the midpoint of Randall’s Island Park, adjacent to the Central Fields. Note: due to stairs this pathway is not ADA accessible.

CAR 

All vehicular access is via the RFK Triborough Bridge.  Once on the RFK Triborough Bridge follow signs to Randall’s Island.  If navigating with GPS, please use “20 Randall’s Island Park, New York, NY 10035″ as your destination.

PARKING

There is no parking on the Island and we encourage attendees to walk, bicycle, or take public transportation.

Off-island parking for a fee is available on the Manhattan side of the 103rd Street Footbridge, at MPG Garage, located at 440 East 102nd Street.

FERRY SERVICE

Ferry passes will be available at a later date.  Please check back for more details.

  • Pets, unless you are a person with disabilities requiring a service animal with a current rabies certification
  • Backpacks, luggages, and any large bags
  • Sharp objects
  • Bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards, scooters, or motorized vehicles of any kind
  • Tents or canopies of any kind
  • Professional camera equipment (no detachable lenses, tripods, large zoom lenses, commercial-use camera assemblies)
  • Items intended for sale/promotion
  • Any item that can be used as a means to disturb the peace, endanger the safety of the crowd, and/or inflict damage to people and goods

We have zero tolerance for illegal activities, the use of illegal drugs, and underage drinking.  Anyone found with illegal drugs will be subject to removal from the event and will not be allowed back in.

Any prohibited item that is surrendered to security at search points will not be returned.

The event and private security personnel reserve the right to make the final determination on allowed and not allowed items.

As per Randall Island Park’s rules and regulations, there is no smoking on the Island.
