EVENT DETAILS

Pinknic will take place on Saturday June 30th and Sunday July 1st, 2018.

Doors open at 12:00PM.  The last musical act ends at 9:30PM.  Don’t miss the firework extravaganza after the sun sets!

The event is ages 21+.  Only valid government-issued photo ID is accepted as proof of age.  Please note that IDNYC is not an acceptable form of ID.  No one under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter the event.

No re-entry permitted.

All guests and their belongings are subject to search upon entry into the event.

NO bag check is available on site.  Pinknic is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Pinknic is a weather permitting event.  Your safety is our priority.  Should the weather forecast be unfavorable, please check our website to get the up-to-date information on the status of the event.

The dress code is mandatory.  We invite you to dress summer chic in pink and/or white.

We are a cash-free event!  Acceptable methods of payment include debit, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

FOOD

We will have a gourmet food court featuring a selection of dishes from some of NYC’s acclaimed chefs available for purchase on site.  More details can be found here.

Should you choose to bring your own food to the event, please take note of the following restrictions:

    • No ice chests or coolers, unless they are lightweight thermal coolers or cooler bags whose dimensions measure no larger than 15”.  Only one lightweight thermal cooler or cooler bag per person.
    • No silverware or flatware, unless it is made from plastic or cardboard and do not have sharp edges

Please be mindful of the half-mile walk from the ferry to the site of Pinknic.

TICKETS

All Pinknic sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.

If you have any questions about your tickets or your order, please contact Front Gate.

There is a 10 ticket limit per transaction for the general sale.

Order confirmation

You should receive your order confirmation shortly after your purchase of your tickets via Front Gate.  If you purchased a ticket and did not receive your e-mail confirmation, it may be in your spam folder or you may have entered your email address incorrectly on Front Gate. Please update your account to retrieve your ticket confirmation.

There is no will call or festival box office either in Manhattan or Governors Island.  Please take the time to check that you have received your ticket.  If you have misplaced it or simply need it resent to you, contact FrontGate immediately by clicking here.

**WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE ANY REQUESTS FOR TICKETS TO BE RESENT THE DAY OF THE EVENT**

Ticket resale

Your purchase of Pinknic tickets is subject to our terms and conditions, which contain, among other things, a strict prohibition on ticket resale. Pinknic does NOT work with any resellers or secondary market websites in any capacity.

Please note that no tickets will be available for purchase at the event.

DRESS CODE

The dress code is mandatory.  We invite you to dress summer chic in pink and/or white. 

For those who have purchased VIP Pool Lounge or Les Cabines & Pool Lounge tickets, we encourage you to bring your bathing suit and enjoy the sights and sounds of Pinknic with your feet in the water!

FERRY SCHEDULE

From Manhattan

Your Pinknic ticket entitles you to ride the ferry for free beginning at 11:00am.

The ferry departs from The Battery Maritime Building located at 10 South Street.

Pinknic representatives will be available at the ferry terminal to answer any questions you may have or should you require any further assistance.

From Brooklyn

Should you wish to take the ferry from Brooklyn, you will have to pay the regular fare of $2.

Additional ferry information will be provided closer to event date.

PARKING

Please note there is NO public parking at the Battery Maritime Building.  However, there is a garage nearby located at 1 New York Plaza, open 24 hours daily.

RULES & POLICIES

For your safety and the safety of all attendees, items prohibited at Pinknic include, but are not limited to:

  • Alcohol
  • Non-alcoholic beverages (including water)
  • Ice chests
  • Coolers, unless they are lightweight thermal coolers or cooler bags whose dimensions measure no larger than 15”.  Only one lightweight thermal cooler or cooler bag per person.
  • Silverware, flatware unless it is made from plastic or cardboard and do not have sharp edges
  • Glassware
  • Chairs of any kind
  • Beach umbrellas
  • Soccer balls, footballs, frisbees, or other projectiles
  • Drones
  • Weapons of any kind (regardless of permit)
  • Illegal substances including narcotics, drug paraphernalia, and medical or recreational marijuana
  • Fireworks, sparklers, or incendiary devices
  • Kites
  • Glowsticks
  • Laser pointers
  • Pets, unless you are a person with disabilities requiring a service animal with a current rabies certification
  • Backpacks, luggages, and any large bags
  • Sharp objects
  • Bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards, scooters, or motorized vehicles of any kind
  • Tents or canopies of any kind
  • Professional camera equipment (no detachable lenses, tripods, large zoom lenses, commercial-use camera assemblies)
  • Items intended for sale/promotion
  • Any item that can be used as a means to disturb the peace, endanger the safety of the crowd, and/or inflict damage to people and goods

We have zero tolerance for illegal activities, the use of illegal drugs, and underage drinking.  Anyone found with illegal drugs will be subject to removal from the event and will not be allowed back in.

Any prohibited item that is surrendered to security at search points will not be returned.

The event and private security personnel reserve the right to make the final determination on allowed and not allowed items.
